Devrukh, is a small town nestling in the beautiful Konkan Region of India. Its blessed with natural beauty. Its also one of those places where you can get the famous Ratnagiri Mango.

Devrukh is situated on the way to Sakharpa from Sangameshwar, in Ratnagiri District. It is 14 km south-east of Navdi and about 10 km north of Devla. In Devrukh there is Swami Samarath Math which is taken care of by Shri Ajit Telang a renowned spiritual Guru. Devrukh is a birthplace of social reformer Parvatibai Athavale


PLACES OF INTEREST AROUND DEVRUKH

MARLESHWAR(18km) - During rainy season the is must visit place where thousands of waterfalls are coming down all over. Biggest waterfall in the District, Shiv Temple in cave (sometimes you can even see snakes inside.) most popular place after Ganpatipule.

GANPATIPULE (65km) - Ganesh Temple and Beach Ganpatipule - Prachin Konkan - Jaigad Fort - Karhateshwar (Sea facing temple) - Kolisare (Lakshmi Keshav Temple)

AMBA GHAT - VISHALGAD FOREST - PAWANKHIND (All together 50km) -  The place where Baji Prabhu Deshpande fought for Great Shivaji Maharaj, The road to Pwaan Khind goes from beautiful Amba Ghat(25km) and Vishalgad Road forest(38km) . You will definetly enjoy this journey.

RATNAGIRI(45km) – Ratnadurga Fort - Bhatye Beach -Thiba Point - Tilak House, etc

VASHI DAM(15kms) - Not the biggest dam but really great to see in the evening as it is situated facing towards Sahyadri Ranges.
