Sawantwadi Palace: Sawantwadi was ruled by Khemsawant and this beautiful palace was built by King Khemsawant- Bhosle(3rd) in 1800 A.D., where tourist can see ‘Ganjifa’ traditional art of paintng which is more than 300 yrs. Old. Lake (Moti Talav) in front of the palace is spot for boating. The palace was built by Khem Sawant Bhosale ruler of princely state Sunderwadi during 1755-1803. Entry gate (Lester gate) was built in 1895.
